This month, we honor Guerrero.
Known for its vibrant flavors and breathtaking landscapes, Guerrero's cuisine is as bold as its traditions. Chef Carlos Gaytán has crafted two special dishes that capture the heart of the region: Pozole Verde, a comforting and aromatic classic, and Chileajo, a rich and flavorful dish showcasing Guerrero's unique ingredients.
Our featured artist brings Acapulco to life, capturing its stunning beaches, golden sunsets, the legendary La Quebrada, its diverse fauna, and the energy of its traditional dances.
